St Johns Golf Club
The course routing flows with long fairway lines, offering great visuals from the tee. Fairway bunkers are rectangular with flat bottoms and low, angular lips. Many of the greens are rectangular, while others form alongside water. Green side bunkers are also rectangular with steeper faces, commonly referred to as “coffin bunkers.”
Unique design features along with strategically placed bunkers, large fairways, and nine greens abutting water ensure a challenging experience rarely seen at a public golf course. Stunning natural vistas abound, most notably the shots into the greens on the water.
SJGC offers the area’s largest public practice facilities. Our amenities include an expansive grass tee driving range measuring over 325 yards long with a private backside tee area for individual and group instruction; a two-tiered chipping green and a separate, well-manicured green. There is a full-service repair shop on site and a restaurant.

This course is designed to offer every golfer the appropriate risk/reward situations that challenge the experienced player and offer encouragement to the novice. Sixteen large lakes and over 60 contoured bunkers, in combination with meticulous landscaping, provide players with a superbly conditioned facility. The distinctive layout will test shot-making abilities and require the use of every club in the bag.

The Wild One
The Semi-Private, 18 Hole Championship Golf Course is a David Poselthwait design that meanders through the pine forests and thick marshlands of North Florida. The 6,900 yard layout plays along a mildly rolling terrain with significant fairway and green side mounds and plentiful water hazards. Rated 4 Stars by Golf Digest Places to Play, the course was chosen as one of the Top 100 Golf Courses in Florida. Golf amenities include practice facilities that feature a targets natural grass range, short game areas with sand bunker and putting green.
Cimarrone Golf and Country Club has a 10,000 square foot clubhouse that features a beautiful restaurant and lounge, plus banquet and golf outing facilities that can accommodate over 140 people.
